Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. This is a full-time position where you will work collaboratively with physicians, RN supervisors, and nursing assistants to deliver quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor and record resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and CNAs to deliver quality resident care
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Provide emotional support to residents and families

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania in good standing
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing quality care to residents

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in long-term care
