Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care Unit. This position offers a fresh approach to skilled nursing with 12-hour day or overnight shifts. We are hiring immediately for both full-time and part-time positions.

Clinical Setting

You will provide care for residents in our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including intravenous (IV) medications
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes
• Provide resident and family education
• Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs)

Schedule

• Day shift or overnight shift
• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Required Qualifications

• Current Tennessee License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Compensation

• Up to $35 per hour
