Glendive Medical Center's Gabert Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an outpatient clinic team in Glendive, Montana. This full-time position supports primary and specialty care services in a fast-paced clinic environment, working closely with providers and patients to help achieve healthcare goals.

Clinical Setting

Gabert Clinic serves as a primary access point for healthcare in the region, providing comprehensive primary care, specialty services, and preventive care. You will work in an outpatient clinic setting alongside providers and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Room patients and collect health histories, medications, allergies, and vital signs
  • Assist providers with patient exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and other treatments as directed
  • Perform clinical tasks such as nebulizer treatments, vision screenings, and TB testing
  • Support laboratory and phlebotomy services, including specimen collection and processing
  • Assist with IV preparation and monitoring
  • Coordinate referrals and help ensure continuity of care
  • Document patient interactions and treatments accurately in the medical record
  • Answer phones, relay messages, and assist with patient triage within scope of practice
  • Stock exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members

Required Qualifications

  • Current Montana LPN license or compact multistate LPN license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation

  • Starting base wage: $24.66 per hour or higher based on experience and internal equity
