Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full Time Nights

Hemingford Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shift work (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) in our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will provide direct clinical care to residents, support their comfort and safety, and work collaboratively with physicians, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition
• Perform clinical procedures including tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, and suctioning
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members regarding resident status and needs
• Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in Nebraska
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
• Working knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
• Commitment to quality care and accountability

Schedule

• Full-time night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
