Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Full-Time Nights

CorrectHealth is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift position in Houma, LA. This role involves providing clinical patient care within a correctional healthcare setting, working alongside the healthcare team and law enforcement personnel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement
• Perform nursing duties under the supervision of an RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision of the HSC
• Provide quality care and respond to patient needs within the correctional environment
• Maintain standards and ethics of nursing in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and accrediting agencies

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program
• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
• American Heart Association BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Corrections experience
