Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time 3rd Shift

Smith Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team providing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. We are hiring for multiple full-time positions across different shifts and care units, including skilled rehabilitation, admission services, and assisted living.

Clinical Setting

Open Positions

• Full-time (1.1 FTE): 12-hour overnight shifts, 6pm-6am, rotating weekends in Skilled Rehabilitation
• Full-time (0.8 FTE): 8-hour mid-shift, 11:30am-7:30pm, rotating weekends as Admission Nurse
• Full-time (0.8 FTE): 8-hour PM shift, 2:30pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends in Assisted Living

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of residents
• Dispense and accurately record all medications
• Carry out all physician orders accurately
• Ensure appropriate delivery of care provided by CNAs and nursing staff

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in Illinois
• Strong computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care experience

Compensation

• Starting pay: $34 per hour (based on previous experience)
• $2 per hour differential for PM and night shifts
• 10% weekend pay differential for all shifts
