Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Adult ALS Client

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized care for an adult client with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) in Tabernacle, NJ. This is a one-on-one home health care position requiring advanced clinical skills in tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Clinical Setting

You will work in the client's home, providing direct nursing care to support independence and dignity for a person living with ALS. BAYADA specializes in advanced care including tracheostomy and ventilator management, and provides paid training to prepare you for this specialized environment.

Schedule

This position requires evening availability with the following schedule:

• Every other Saturday: 3 pm - 11 pm
• Every other Sunday: 3 pm - 11 pm

Additional shift options are available through BAYADA's flexible scheduling system, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts across first, second, or third shift. Employment types include PRN, part-time, or full-time with no minimum hour requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (required)
