Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Adult ALS Client

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized care for an adult client with ALS in Tabernacle, NJ. This is a one-on-one home health care position focused on delivering compassionate, skilled nursing care to clients living with ALS and their families.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a home health care environment, providing direct patient care in the client's home. BAYADA serves clients of all ages and diagnoses, with many requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Position Requirements

This position requires experienced tracheostomy and ventilator nursing skills. Evening availability is required for this specific client placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one nursing care for ALS clients
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Support client independence and dignity
• Work collaboratively with families and the care team
• Maintain electronic documentation
• Communicate with clinical support staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (required for this position)

Schedule and Shifts

• Evening availability required
• Flexible shift options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Available as PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum hour requirements

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $29-37 per hour (posted rate for this position: $37 per hour)
