Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Flexible Scheduling

Paramount Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Clinical Setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor resident health and report changes in condition
• Assist with resident care planning and daily care needs
• Communicate with families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all safety and care protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Medication administration experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living
