Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Morningside of Sterling in a part-time, day/evening role. In this position, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care to residents while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

You will operate within the scope of practice defined by your state's Nurse Practice Act and be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift. Your responsibilities will include staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

Required Qualifications

• Active, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in your state of practice
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting
