Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Friday shift. You will provide direct patient care to residents in a stable work environment focused on individualized, high-quality care.

Clinical Setting

This is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving residents with varying healthcare needs. Care is individualized to meet each resident's specific requirements and designed to exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of care to residents
• Understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
• Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

Schedule

• Friday shift only
• Full-time position available

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Responsible and eager to work
