Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior living community in the Mid Atlantic region. In this role, you will provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plans of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of resident conditions, health promotion, and coordination of services.
Clinical Setting
You will work in an assisted living or nursing home environment serving seniors across our communities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, and Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to each resident's plan of care
- Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations
- Monitor resident conditions and health status
- Coordinate health promotion and prevention services
- Ensure the community complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care
- Demonstrate sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making in clinical situations
- Manage multiple priorities and delegate assignments as needed
- Maintain effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum two years of LPN experience
- Minimum two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling options. The role requires availability for nights and weekends.
