Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to patients in our facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned
• Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals
• Record on patient charts observations of patient responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintain environmental conditions conducive to patient comfort and safety
• Assist with unit management and assume charge of unit as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of LPN experience
