Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Complete Care at Ocean Grove is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. As an LPN, you will provide hands-on support and care to our residents, working as an essential member of our interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in alignment with physician orders and resident care plans
• Monitor residents' conditions and document any changes or concerns accurately
• Work closely with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and effective care
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing

• Experience in long-term care
