Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Complete Care at Kresson View is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our long-term care community. As an LPN, you will provide hands-on resident care, administer medications, monitor health conditions, and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care aligned with physician orders and resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans
• Monitor residents' conditions and document any changes or concerns accurately
• Work closely with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and effective care
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care
