Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Schedule

• Full-time 2nd shift positions available
• Part-time 3rd shift positions available
• Temporary positions available

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan
• Perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders, within scope of practice
• Accurately report and record the resident's condition and care, including signs and symptoms that may indicate change
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state of Connecticut
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group
• Computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous long-term care experience
