Complete Care at Burlington Woods is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in a long-term care setting. As an LPN, you will provide essential care to our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
• Monitor residents' health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in long-term care
