Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Colonial Manor of Elma is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. As an LPN, you will be the backbone of our Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans. You will administer medications, conduct resident assessments, provide direct nursing care, serve as a team leader, and advocate for resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and nursing care as directed by individual resident care plans
• Conduct resident assessments
• Serve as a team leader within the clinical department
• Advocate for residents' needs and well-being
• Ensure residents receive care that meets the high standards expected at Colonial Manor of Elma
• Apply knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-time positions available
• Part-time positions available
• PRN (on-call) positions available
• 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift

Required Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse experience

Note: While prior LPN experience is preferred, we are willing to invest in the right candidate without prior experience.
