Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Citizens Memorial Hospital is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for residents at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center, a 134-bed long-term care facility located in Buffalo, Missouri. This full-time night shift position offers the opportunity to work closely with an interdisciplinary nursing team in a facility that includes two memory care units.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and their families
• Facilitate resident admissions and discharges
• Assist in the development of residents' Plans of Care
• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center is part of Citizens Memorial Hospital, a comprehensive healthcare system that includes 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. The facility offers acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, and therapies.

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time position
• Night shift
• Flexible scheduling available; you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to determine the best fit for both you and the team

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Associate degree
• Patient care experience
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking skills
