Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility in Lakeland, Florida. Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and medical supplies according to physician orders
• Provide wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures with accuracy and compassion
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident responses
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while protecting resident rights and privacy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, person-centered care

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and long-term care environment.

All shifts are available.

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Dependable and committed to resident-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting
