Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Cardiology

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the cardiology team at Saint Francis Hospital. You will deliver safe, quality patient care under the direction of a physician as a member of a designated care team, collaborating with team members to achieve clinical goals.

Saint Francis Hospital is a 617-bed Level 1 Trauma Center and major teaching hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, with a long history of providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, quality patient care under physician direction
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members
• Provide patient-centered care with focus on compassion and advocacy
• Educate patients and families

Schedule

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Day shift, Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Connecticut

• Recent clinical experience
