Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each resident's unique needs
• Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures
• Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations and policies

Clinical Setting

Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing care to residents requiring ongoing medical support and recovery services.

Schedule

All shifts available.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the State of Florida

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in skilled nursing

Compensation

$28 - $33 per hour based on experience.
