Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Brain Injury Unit - Day shift

Sunnyview Rehab Hospital, part of St. Peter's Health Partners, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Brain Injury Unit. Clinical Setting

You will work on the Brain Injury Unit at Sunnyview Rehab Hospital in Schenectady, New York, providing support services to the RN team in a state-of-the-art physical rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work as an LPN on the Brain Injury unit performing tasks within scope of license
• Provide support services to the RN to achieve goals of assisting individuals in the restoration and maintenance of maximal physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend commitments required

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN license
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $24.00 to $30.10 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education
