Bourne Manor, one of the largest post-acute healthcare systems across Massachusetts, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our collaborative team. This position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate care across our continuum of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, hospice services, restorative care, and respite care.
Clinical Setting
Bourne Manor has been caring for area families since 1989, providing top-quality skilled nursing care focused on maximizing patient recovery, comfort, and independence. You will work with highly skilled care teams supporting patients through post-surgery and post-hospital rehabilitation, as well as long-term care for chronic illness.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record residents' responses and behaviors during treatments
- Provide counsel and education to residents, their families, and other healthcare providers
- Support residents' participation in their own care
- Help residents meet their goals for daily living
Required Qualifications
- Active License as a Practical Nurse
- Technical or other training in Nursing
Compensation and Sign-On Bonus
- Full-time LPN: $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Part-time LPN: $5,000 sign-on bonus
