Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking Full-time and Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses for a well-staffed nursing and rehabilitation center. Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Weekend shifts available

Responsibilities

• Take and monitor patient vitals
• Provide patient monitoring and medication administration
• Check for wounds and provide wound treatment
• Provide patient and family education

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in New York
• Reliable work experience
• BLS/CPR certification
