Triangle Springs is a 77-bed behavioral health hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina, seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a structured, team-oriented environment. You will work with patients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders, collaborating closely with Registered Nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist with patient assessments and contribute to individualized care planning
- Administer medications and treatments within the scope of LPN practice
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinical team
- Support interventions focused on patient safety, stabilization, and recovery
- Provide care appropriate to the age, condition, and behavioral health needs of each patient
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
- Participate in interdisciplinary care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient advocacy
- Help maintain a safe, therapeutic, and respectful environment for patients and staff
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program
- Current, valid LPN/LVN license in the state of North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-pressure situations

- Full-time position
- 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
