Licensed Practical Nurse, (LPN)

Aviata at Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, implement individualized treatment plans, and work under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services to residents and patients
• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee the Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN in Florida

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities
