Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Atrium Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Brooklyn, NY is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, perform wound care, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support residents' health, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Order medications, medical supplies, and equipment as needed
• Provide wound care and perform nursing treatments and procedures
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes
• Accurately document resident observations, interventions, and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support residents and families with compassionate, person-centered care
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New York
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience

Compensation and Benefits

• $30.00 – $33.00 per hour
