Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Heritage Hall is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in our long-term care community. As an LPN, you will be at the heart of our mission, delivering hands-on care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents
• Apply nursing practices and procedures in a long-term care setting
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Make independent clinical decisions within your scope of practice
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in long-term care facilities

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in long-term care facilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to make independent decisions

• Experience in long-term care
