Licensed Practical Nurse LPN All Shifts

Elevate Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor vital signs, and document medical information accurately. You will work closely with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care, educate patients and families on treatments and wellness strategies, respond quickly to medical situations and emergencies, and maintain a safe and organized care environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
