Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation, a 120-bed rehabilitation and nursing center in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care to long-term care residents and short-term rehabilitation patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of long-term care residents and short-term rehabilitation patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report patient vital signs, medical conditions, and changes in condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license
• Strong clinical skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior nursing experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)
