Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | 2nd Shift | $37/Hour

Heartline Staffing is recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses for three full-time positions in a long-term care setting in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. You will provide hands-on resident care as part of a nursing team focused on resident safety, communication, respect, and compassionate care.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM
• Full-time position
• Every other weekend required
• 12 paid holidays
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Paid 4-week orientation
• Overtime available after successful completion of orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, skin care, meals, and routine resident care
• Record vital signs and resident responses
• Follow medication policies and carry out physician orders accurately
• Communicate important resident information with the nursing team using clear and respectful communication techniques
• Follow infection control practices
• Use equipment properly and maintain awareness of safety and security procedures
• Work under supervision and assist coworkers
• Respond to direction in a positive and flexible manner

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Ability to meet required holiday scheduling
• Ability to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a nursing team
• Ability to follow infection control, safety, and security procedures
• Successful criminal history clearances as required under the Older Adult Protective Services Act
• Satisfactory Pennsylvania State Police and FBI clearance following conditional offer
• Satisfactory medical examination following conditional offer
• Satisfactory drug screening following conditional offer

Compensation

• $37.00 per hour
• Overtime rate: $55.50 per hour (1.5x base rate) after successful completion of orientation
• Weekly pay
• Paid 4-week orientation
