Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 13-Week Assignment - Nights - $50/hr. | Stoughton Specialty

This is a 13-week assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the night shift at a specialty hospital in Stoughton. You will provide appropriate nursing care under the direction of an RN, gathering and reporting patient data, carrying out medical orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age and population-appropriate manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit
• Gather and report patient data
• Carry out physician orders
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Schedule

• Night shift
• 13-week assignment

Compensation

• $50 per hour
• No travel reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
• Current BLS certification (AHA approved, must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
