Licensed Practical Nurse Lead – Neurology

This position offers an opportunity to provide direct patient care in a neurology clinic setting under RN supervision. As a Licensed Practical Nurse Lead, you will serve as a clinical role model while supporting a care team dedicated to meeting the comprehensive needs of neurology patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient information including chief complaint and vital signs
• Address physical, social, and psychological needs of patients and families
• Monitor patient condition changes and report findings to the RN
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic studies and procedures
• Insert and manage intravenous lines as required by providers
• Reinforce health education with patients
• Collect laboratory specimens and complete required paperwork
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms for patient care
• Maintain cleanliness of clinical areas in accordance with health and safety standards
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, inventory management, and supply ordering
• Participate in staffing coordination and operational problem-solving
• Perform general duties of a clinic LPN while maintaining quality care standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
• Demonstrated accountability and adherence to policies
