Licensed Practical Nurse

Kundalini Management, an Ohio DODD-certified Medicaid home care agency, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for overnight weekend care in a private home setting in Kirtland, Ohio. This is a 1:1 case providing skilled nursing care to a single client with a diagnosed lung and breathing disorder. You will work independently using the full scope of your clinical training, with the opportunity to practice at the top of your license without the demands of a facility floor.

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a private home in Kirtland, Ohio (Lake County). You will provide awake overnight nursing care with consistent one-on-one client contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, awake overnight nursing care in a home setting on a 1:1 basis
• Manage tracheostomy care and ventilator support, including suctioning
• Complete repositioning and transfers every two hours
• Monitor vital signs and oxygen saturation levels per physician orders
• Administer medications per care plan
• Complete clinical assessment for a diagnosed lung and breathing disorder
• Respect the client's right to direct his own care and maintain his privacy and dignity

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts. This position requires reliable commitment to consistent weekend overnight hours.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Reliable, punctual attendance and ability to commit to consistent weekend overnight hours
• Reliable transportation to Kirtland, Ohio
• Background check and required health screenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care

Compensation

$26.00 - $28.88 per hour, based on experience and licensure.
