Iris Cove Health and Rehabilitation, a top-rated long-term care and skilled nursing facility in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate care to seniors. This position offers flexibility with full-time 3P-11P and part-time weekend-only (Saturdays and Sundays 7A-7P and 7P-7A) scheduling options.
Clinical Setting
You will work in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and dignity to residents. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Assist with resident comfort
- Collect samples and monitor catheters
- Provide wound care
- Keep resident patient information confidential and follow all policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
- Help coach staff as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of employment
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience

- Full-time 3P-11P shifts available
- Part-time weekend-only shifts available (Saturdays and Sundays 7A-7P and 7P-7A)
