Job Description
Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for PRN and contract staffing positions in long-term care facilities and assisted living settings. This is an opportunity to provide direct patient care in a flexible work environment with multiple shift and schedule options.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to patients
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Support patient ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Observe patients for changes in condition that may require adjustments to care, medication, or medical equipment
Clinical Setting
Long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.
Schedule and Shifts
- PRN, part-time, and full-time contract positions available
- Day, evening, and night shift options
- 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shift lengths
- 24/7 on-call support available through Interim HealthCare staff
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $40-$42+ per hour
- Weekly pay
- Free continued education credits
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or reciprocal/multi-state eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age
- Maintain required certifications and associated standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse experience
