We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in an inpatient clinical setting. In this role, you will contribute to comprehensive patient assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, and educate patients and families about their care. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and participate in unit-based decision-making to support optimal patient outcomes.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions
- Mentor and precept new staff and students
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain professionalism in the clinical environment
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Critical thinking skills
Schedule
The role may require working every other weekend and holiday, with hours varying based on unit needs.
