Job Description
Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for home health services in Lawton, OK. In this full-time position, you will provide nursing care to convalescent, aged, infirm, or acutely ill patients in their home environments. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care while maintaining accurate medical records and following established nursing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Oklahoma
- CPR certification (must be renewed annually)
- Proficiency in English language
- Knowledge of nursing procedures, treatment techniques, and basic charting procedures
- Functional home telephone
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Performance record and school attendance record comparable to personnel providing similar services in hospital settings
