Licensed Practical Nurse (Home Care) 1,450 Weekly

Maxim Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for home care positions offering flexible scheduling and one-on-one patient care. This role provides a more manageable pace compared to facility-based nursing, with the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients in their homes.

Clinical Setting

You will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, working with adult and pediatric populations. The role emphasizes individualized attention and sustainable work conditions, moving away from the rushed environment of facility-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in their homes
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Support and implement patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Employment Type and Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are offered depending on assignment. Flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate your needs.

Compensation

• Pay: $30-$32 per hour
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
