Licensed Practical Nurse

Haven of Tuscola is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. This is an opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a supportive environment with consistent scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Full-time, part-time, and weekend availability positions are available.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a skilled nursing and long-term care facility providing care to residents requiring ongoing medical support and assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and weekend availability positions available

Compensation and Benefits

Wage Rate: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
