Licensed Practical Nurse

Grady Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to Atlanta and surrounding communities. As an LPN, you will participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection and analysis of data related to care delivery and report critical findings to the Registered Nurse and/or Physician
• Participate in the development of individualized plans of care that identify strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate
• Participate in the execution of individualized patient and family care plans
• Participate in the evaluation process to assess care outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Georgia Practical Nurse License from the Georgia Secretary of State
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
