Licensed Practical Nurse-FT $30-$35 Per Hour @ Coastal State Prison

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients at Coastal State Prison in Port Wentworth, Georgia. You will work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs within the appropriate scope of LPN practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of LPN practice
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of incarcerated patients
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and medical and psychiatric staff

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Days shift: 3 shifts per week, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Rotating weekends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current and appropriate Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
