Licensed Practical Nurse - Flexible 1:1 Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty 1:1 home care serving pediatric and adult patients. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to individual clients in their homes, building meaningful relationships while supporting their health and wellness goals.

Clinical Setting

Private duty nursing differs from traditional home health visits. You will work with one assigned client per shift in their home environment, caring for patients ranging from infants to geriatric populations. This setting allows you to develop continuity of care and observe client progress over time.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document physicians' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform nursing skills with autonomy in the home setting

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• Days, evenings, and overnight shifts available
• Short commute times near your home
• Weekly pay every Thursday

Compensation

• Pay range: $32-$35 per hour based on qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing
• CPR certification
