Licensed Practical Nurse - Evening Shift

Bethesda, a top 5% ranked skilled nursing facility in Minnesota, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, neighborhood-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and communicate changes in resident condition
• Support and guide Nursing Assistants
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes

Clinical Setting

This position is based in Bethesda, located in the Bethesda area, serving residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Schedule

• Evening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Minnesota
