Licensed Practical Nurse

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to a diverse patient population in a warm, homelike environment, delivering short-term medical treatment and specialized therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conduct vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
