Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, and supervise Medication Aids where applicable. You will monitor resident conditions, respond quickly to changes, and support activities of daily living while maintaining clear documentation and adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice
