Licensed Practical Nurse – Assisted Living

Friendship Village Retirement Community is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide person-centered nursing care for residents in our Assisted Living community. You will work collaboratively with Resident Aides, Housekeepers, Dining Staff, and other team members to create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment where seniors can thrive.

Clinical Setting

This position serves seniors in an assisted living community setting, where you will support residents' daily health needs and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct person-centered nursing care to assisted living residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including Resident Aides, Housekeepers, and Dining Staff
• Ensure residents receive support to live their best possible lives
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and comfortable community environment

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• Second shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Work every other weekend and holidays
• Shift differential: $2/hour for second shift, $3/hour for third shift

Compensation

• Starting pay: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
• 2.5 times pay for working holidays

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass pre-employment screenings, which may include: criminal background check, abuse registry check, drug test, physical examination, and TB test
