Licensed Practical Nurse

Heritage Hall is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to residents in our long-term care community. As an LPN, you will be at the heart of our mission, delivering hands-on care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those who depend on us. You will work in a supportive environment where every nurse is valued and professional growth is fostered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care
• Support the mission of compassionate, family-centered care
• Collaborate with the care team to meet resident needs

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Ability to communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care

Schedule

• Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Full-time position
