Licensed Practical Nurse

Heritage Hall is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to residents in our long-term care community. As an LPN, you will build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering compassionate, person-centered care. You will work as part of a care team committed to treating residents as valued members of our community rather than patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents
• Build and maintain relationships with residents in your care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Contribute to a supportive community environment

Clinical Setting

Heritage Hall is a long-term care facility integrated into the communities it serves. You will work in a residential setting focused on quality of life and genuine connection with residents.

Schedule

• Morning, evening, and night shifts available
• Full-time position

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Ability to communicate effectively
